Room rates are per night and include breakfast.

An advance payment is required to guarantee the reservation.

All cancellation requests must be submitted through the appropriate form available on our website.

If the cancellation is made at least 14 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, we will refund the full amount paid.

The refund will be processed within 10 days of receiving the request.

For cancellations or changes made after this period, no refund will be issued.

No refund will be granted to guests who decide to leave after check-in; in such cases, the entire booked stay must be paid in full.

In case of no-show, the full amount paid for the entire reservation will be retained.
